Returns/Refunds
We are a small business that uses a demand fulfillment method. This means we do not hold any inventory and only have an item produced when you order it.
We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us describing the problem and include images of the damaged area within 3 days of your receipt of the item. This will enable us to have our production company replace the item.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please email us and send us pictures of what you received with 3 days of receipt of the time. This will enable us to have our production company replace the item.
Because we are a made to order business these are the only instances in which we can replace your items once purchased.
